Re: Keihin Air Striker on 03 CR250 I'll second Andrew's "in a heartbeat" comments as I put one on my 2002 CR250R as well. Alas, mine was also "Mo Betta" ported by Eric Gorr, like Andrew's CR265R, so my jetting comments will be of little help to you as well.
You can try leaning it out with the air screw, but it'll have marginal effect on mixture except at idle... You want to change out your pilot or "slow" jet to a leaner one.
